School Closure Update – Weather & Heating 08/01/2026

Classes 2.5, 3, 4 and 5 (Lower School)
We have had heating engineers on site today working to resolve the ongoing heating issues in the lower school. Unfortunately, the issue has not yet been fully resolved, so these classes will remain closed tomorrow while repairs are completed.

All Other Classes
We are anticipating school closure tomorrow due to the forecast amber weather warning for snow. A final decision will be made in the morning, in line with our snow day procedures and a site safety assessment.

Please note that Local Authority transport teams make their own decisions regarding adverse weather. Shropshire, Sandwell and Wolverhampton Local Authorities have already cancelled transport services. We will update families if any other Local Authorities confirm changes.
